Program details

Existing Blinto benefit. Confirmed eligible employees receive 50% of gross monthly salary per Eid. Probationary employees are normally excluded. Two-Eid Protection: if the same probation period overlaps two consecutive Eids and the employee was ineligible for the first because of probation, the employee becomes eligible for the second Eid bonus at 50% of current gross monthly salary, even if still on probation. Interns are excluded unless separately approved.
